Our modern nursery is located in Bleiswijk. Here, we grow 12cm Phalaenopsis with great passion, focusing on a strong range offering high quality. Our enthusiastic team work every day to grow and successfully deliver the perfect product.
Using modern technologies and sustainable cultivation methods, we create Phalaenopsis with great ornamental value and a long lifespan. Perfect for supplying our customers, who are spread right across Europe. Our operations are geared towards delivering large orders for retailers. No request is too outlandish for us. The history of Wooning Orchids, now World of Orchids, dates back almost 200 years. A rich history of growing and trading experience with a variety of vegetables, flowers and plants. These experiences have made the company what it is today: a modern commercial nursery which cares about quality, the environment and its people. And what is particularly special about this history is that all that time the nurseries were located in Bleiswijk. The place where World of Orchids’ modern nursery is also located.
The name of our company is a reference to both the past and the future. The word “World” also featured in Wooning Orchids’ strapline, namely “World of varieties”. The world is key at our nursery in various ways. By innovating in terms of sustainability, we are making progress that will make the world a better place. We also offer our customers a world of possibilities with our product range: 1, 2, or 3 stem Phalaenopsis in different varieties and shapes, all in larger numbers.
